Your happiness is of the utmost importance to us! If you are not completely in love with your piece of ROMAE Jewelry - for any reason at all - we will work with you to make it right. You may exchange your jewelry, or send it back and receive a full refund. Please don't hesitate to start the conversation by reaching out to us at info@romaejewelry.com! We only ask that you contact us within three days of receiving your piece of jewelry, so that we can find the happiest solution for you as quickly as possible.

Damage and Other Issues
Please inspect your jewelry as soon as you receive it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can begin to make it right!

Exchanges and Refunds
Once you have contacted us, we'll talk with you about the best and fastest way to make the situation right. If your piece will be exchanged or refunded, we'll send you detailed instructions, as well as a prepaid shipping label that will help you send the piece back to us. Refunds are made automatically on your original payment method, and it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Engraved and Personalized Jewelry 
Our only exception is that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been engraved or otherwise personalized.
